Before you buy
Ask which package fits your wedding and what White Glove includes.
Your initial human-reviewed Personal Planning Review is delivered within 3 business days after your required answers and selected materials are complete.
If we request missing information, the review timeline pauses until you provide it.
If your wedding has an urgent deadline, contact us before purchasing to confirm the service fits your needs.
For account or payment help
- Use the email associated with your account and describe the issue.
- Include an order reference if available, but never send passwords, payment-card details, invitation codes, or authentication tokens.
- Please do not attach private wedding contracts or guest lists to an initial support email. Ask for the appropriate sharing process first.
For privacy requests
Use the subject “Privacy request” and describe whether you need access, correction, or deletion assistance. We may need to verify the request before making changes to account data.
